Sgt. Pepper came to us as a kitten.  He had behavior issues even as a youngster.  He is now a sweet young adult but needs a lot of stability.  He gets by with a little help from his SnowAngel friends.  His interests include conceptual classic rock albums and he loves the Beatles.
